IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You’re dealing with a current or old injury. If that is you, reach out so we can start with a more personalized plan!

You’re prone to injuries.  It’s true, some people seem to just be more prone to injuries than others.  If that is you, I’d recommend a more personalized plan.

If you have specific goals, a more personalized program will be more appropriate. For example, if you are wondering how to ramp up for a big event so that you peak at the right time.

If you need a plan customized around your schedule and available equipment

You don’t have the time, motivation, or energy to put into a fitness plan at this time.  And that’s fine!  Be honest with yourself on this one.

IS FOR YOU IF:

You are looking for a clear plan that will help you improve your overall fitness and health

You want to reduce your risk of injury while playing agility

IMPROVE OVERALL FITNESS AND DEVELOP AGILITY-SPECIFIC SKILLS

Improve your speed, acceleration, and overall health, as well as decrease risk of injuries. 


Because strength power → speed!  and ain’t nobody got time for injuries 

Strength Training

Improve your endurance and stamina so that you can run multiple dogs at a 3-day trial, and still show up strong for your dog on that third day 

Cardiovascular Fitness 

Improve your speed, acceleration/deceleration, and ability to change directions quickly... so you can keep up with your dog!

MEMBERSHIP vs. ONE-ON-ONE PROGRAMMING

Unlike my individualized coaching program, the membership workouts will not be customized to each individual.  The membership is a group-style fitness plan.  In other words, everyone in the membership will get the same workouts. Coaching support will be provided monthly via a group call, instead of one-on-one monthly phone calls and check-ins.
